Torchietti
Tricolore Pasta
Torchietti tricolore are typical of an Italian region called “Marche”. They were inspired from the old artisanal production of pasta, that was made with a press (“torchio” in italian). Given their rough surface and their coil shape they fit well with many kinds of dressings.
