With cream, truffle and mushroom

Truffle sauce is a traditional condiment from Piedmont. This delicious white sauce is made with cream, porcini, white mushrooms and enriched with the soft flavour of summer truffle, that bring to life a sauce with a delicate and unique taste.

Food pairing

Thanks to its creaminess, it is perfect paired with our Torchietti Tricolore, for a colourful and tasty dish. To eat something new, try it on toasted bread to get a delicious and original aperitivo.


Porcini mushrooms (porcini edulis and allied species) 33%, sunflower seeds oil, white mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 18%, cream 15%, onion, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vittad.) 1%, salt, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, white pepper, acidity regulator: lactic acid; flavour. Contains: milk. May contain: eggs, crustacean, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, soy.

Truffle was already well-known in ancient times and was especially appreciated by the Roman civilization thanks to its peculiar taste and its exclusivity given by its rareness. The first recipes with truffles were founds in the works of Marcus Gavius Apicius, a famous gastronome that lived at the times of the emperor Tiberius.
