Traditional Italian sauce
Arrabbiata is a sauce widely spread in the South of Italy, especially in Campania. Even though it has few, simple ingredients, it is very popular thanks to its strong and slightly spicy flavour. This delicious sauce made with Italian tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and a sprinkle of chili pepper is ideal to cook savoury and unique dishes.
Food pairing
The traditional combination is penne and Arrabbiata sauce, but we suggest you to try them also with our Orecchiette.

Italian tomato pulp 77%, extra virgin olive oil, glucose syrup, onion, tomato concentrate 2%, salt, dried tomatoes 0,5%, garlic, chili pepper 0,5%, sugar, white pepper. May contain: milk, eggs, crustacean, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, soy.
