Traditional sauce from Sicily. This delicious condiment is made with Italian tomato pulp, anchovies, capers and olives: it is perfect with a great variety of dishes, from pasta to bruschettas for a quick aperitivo.

Food pairing

Our Pescatora sauce is delicious paired with Fusilli. If you want to give a traditional touch to your recipe, add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese to your Pescatora pasta dish.


Italian tomato pulp 70%, extra virgin olive oil, olives 3,5%, anchovies 3,5%, glucose syrup, onion, salt, tomato concentrate 2%, Italian basil, capers 1,5%, sugar, bell peppers, oregano, sunflower seed oil, garlic, chili pepper, white pepper. Contains: fish. May contain: milk, eggs, crustacean, shellfish, tree nuts, soy.

Pescatora sauce is simple but rich in flavour, typical of Italian’s villages overlooking the Mediterranean sea in Sicily. This condiment is deeply linked to the Sicilian culinary tradition, as it encloses the flavours of the sea and of the local perfumes. Its origin stems from the dishes cooked by local fishermen and peasants: Italian recipes are usually created starting from few, simple ingredients, available in every house.
