Primitivo Puglia IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) is nascent of the sunnier hills of the Lonian coastal area in Apulia. Thanks to the sea breeze takes all the flavour of these magical lands.
Primitivo has an intense red colour with a complex bouquet reminiscent of cherries, raisins and toasted almonds. It has full-bodied on the palate but at the same time is mild and elegant with a pleasant aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

Serving temperature: 18°C
Food pairing
This wine matches perfectly with strong flavours such as soups, well-seasoned meat or vegetables, but it is also perfect paired to a good meat-based pasta.

Organic Primitivo PGI, as the name suggests, comes from organic primitivo grape which translates roughly as "early one" and refers to the variety's early-ripening nature.
